Through the contact form on this site we collect: your name, contact details (email or phone), the type of lesson you're enquiring about, your current English level, and an optional message. This data is used only to:
We do not use your data for automated marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties, except where required by law (e.g. tax obligations).
Processing is based on the consent given when filling in the contact form and, for data needed to deliver the teaching service, on the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Data collected through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a service is activated, for the duration of that relationship plus the period required by Italian tax and civil law (up to 10 years for accounting records).
Like most websites, this site automatically collects some technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through standard server logs, used only for security and aggregated statistical purposes.
